Eligibility Requirements: 1. Innovator must be a founder or co-founder of an early-stage innovation, organization, or program. 2. The individual innovator (or the average age of the team of co-founders) must be 27 years or younger at the end of this calendar year. 3. The individual innovator (or the majority of a team of co-founders) must be residing in California or be attending school outside the state while maintaining a permanent residence in California. 4. Applicant may not apply more than twice with the same innovation.
