SEA Work Session 13

We will start with a guest lecture on operations for your ventures. For your venture to succeed, you not only have to have a great product that lots of people want, but you also have to execute the operations of delivering that product or service.  

Then, in the breakout rooms, the students will present to you the work that they have done drafting a financial model of your venture. The students should have a draft financial model with various scenarios (baseline, optimistic, and pessimistic) to present and you should use that model to discuss key questions about your venture such as what level of sales you need to reach breakeven cash flow on a monthly or annual basis and how much of an investment from outside will you need…
